This programming is geared toward people wanting to take their training to the next level; however, we also welcome beginners looking to start their fitness journey. The main key to this programming is to stay fit year-round, not just “in season.”
QuezFit Programming consists of 2 different volumes for year-round workouts. This programming is not a short-term fix and is made for you to put in the work consistently to achieve maximum results.
The main volume QuezFit365 is the bulk of the program. This volume consists of 4 workouts a week for a total of 16 workouts a month (year-round). This program is high intensity with the primary focus to increase muscle size, strength, power & endurance. This program is also aimed to improve your body aesthetic and composition while keeping you fit & conditioned year-round.
The mini volume of the program is QuezFitHIIT. This volume consists of 3 workouts a week for a total of 12 workouts a month (year-round). This volume is also high-intensity and made to be completed in 30-45 minutes or less. This volume will utilize a variation of EMOM’s, AMRAP’s, & Tabata style workouts. This volume is perfect for getting a full workout in when short on time. This volume is very beneficial for first responders/shift workers because it can be completed on duty in a short period of time while minimizing the fear of interruption.
No. Once you register you can immediately log in to your Dashboard, download and save the current e-book, and start working out whenever you’re ready. When you’re finished, you can download the next e-book volume from your Dashboard when released. I recommend completing the previous volume/volumes before moving on to the next volume. Do not bounce around in different weeks and mix & match the workouts. Complete them in an orderly fashion to the best of your ability for max results.
The next scheduled volume release date is always posted on your Dashboard and on the last page of each e-book.
