Jaquez Jones is not your average fitness trainer. For the past four years, aside from working as a full-time fireman, Jaquez has been in the gym, perfecting his technique, transforming his body, and crafting the perfect workout regimen to deliver optimum results. Through QuezFit Programming, Jaquez is offering the public access to the same methods he has used to get lean, build muscle, and improve overall cardiovascular health. Jaquez’s true passion is using his knowledge & expertise to empower others to succeed on their own fitness journey.

Jaquez holds a certified personal training certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and specializes in strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, and weight loss. Jaquez also holds a Peer Fitness Trainer Firefighter certification through the International Association of Firefighters (IAFF).

Are you ready to commit to QuezFit365? Consider incorporating QuezFitHIIT into your routine to provide a flexible approach to your fitness goals. QuezFitHIIT is a great option for first responders, shift workers, or anyone who needs to fit in a full workout while short on time. QuezFitHIIT workouts also require minimal equipment, so they can be completed outside of a gym environment. We are proud to offer a 10% discount to Police, Fire, EMS, and Healthcare workers.
